A little side trip first

My future (as you read in my first post) is so uncertain, so before I begin the journey I already described, I am taking a vacation.  Tuesday I will leave for Philadelphia where I will meet my sister, Amy and my niece, Amber.  Together we are heading to Switzerland / France.  Our trip is two-fold - well, more like three-fold.

First, we will definitely visit with Connor in Geneva.  It will be fun to see his home and meet some of the people he talks about.  Some I have met already on Skype, but it will be nice to meet them face to face.

Second, we will spend a bit of time in Argenton, France, to take care of legal issues still pending on the house sister Lori owned before her death last summer.  Amy is the one in charge of this, and Amber and I are just along for the ride.

And finally, we are there to have fun and do tourist-y things.  We will fly into Paris and begin our adventure by spending a couple of days there.  We have a reservation already for a hostel, and where we go from there . . .well, tune in later to see!

I plan to add to this blog throughout our trip, so stay tuned.  We're expecting to have a fabulous time!
